Causes
• Repetitive hand and wrist movements (e.g., racket sports, writing, typing, woodworking).
• Overloading of muscles and tendons. • Sports activities performed with improper technique.
Symptoms
• Pain and tenderness on the outer part of the elbow.
• Increased pain during activities like gripping, lifting weights, or holding objects.
